Lakeside Veterinary
Clinic is a general practice. We provide preventive medical, surgical, and
dental services, in addition to treating sick and injured pets, with the
belief that accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment.
On a daily basis we see
pets for their annual physical examinations and administer appropriate
vaccinations. We routinely screen for internal and external parasites. In
addition, puppies and kittens are given their initial series of inoculations
and deworming.
Besides healthy animals,
Dr. Scranton also examines and treats animals with a variety of illnesses
from ear infections to diabetes. Our pets have many diseases that are
unique to animals; but they also have many of the same diseases as humans.
Sometimes their clinical signs are not very obvious making diagnosis a
challenge.
